Taylor received her undergraduate education in psychology at Western Michigan University and her graduate degree at Central Michigan University. Her run-in with stage 4 blood cancer sent her on a whirlwind journey, seeking health. She went through rigorous chemo treatments, which ultimately left her with chronic side effects. Through nutrition, a healthy mindset, and exercise, she was able to overcome many issues holistically. With this whole-body system approach in mind, Taylor discovered a passion for helping others feel their best by finding the root cause of their health issues.
She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and then became a board-certified health coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Taylor’s specialties are customized nutrition plans for weight loss and chronic illness, as well as helping clients clear blockages that might be holding them back through EVOX Perception Reframing.
She is a wellness provider by day and philanthropist by night as she is the president of a nonprofit organization called Rockin’ for a Match~an organization that raises awareness for blood cancers and bone marrow donors. She truly believes the greatest wealth is health!
When she isn’t healing others from within and working to raise awareness, Taylor spends her time with her two rescue dogs, husband and daughter. She also loves to cook, garden, hike, play pool, kayak, travel, and listen to music. She considers herself an adventurer and she’s happiest outdoors.
