I have learned so much from Carly and Forum Health Clarkston! We started my journey with the goal of getting my body into a healthy state. The first thing I noticed was that after 30 surgeries and living in pain for many years, I was finally pain free and off three medications. Weight loss was just a nice side effect of my new lifestyle. I was becoming a version of myself I hadn’t seen in a long time and even my husband agreed. Last Christmas, when he called Forum Health Clarkston to purchase a renew package for me, he was thrilled to tell them, “I have my wife back!”

Since my first appointment (Aug 14,2017), I am happy to report that I am:

• Pain Free
• Off Three Medications—Cholesterol, Acid Reflux, and Heart
• Down 53 Pounds and 40 Inches
