I learned so much about how foods work to make me a more healthy person. Terri even taught me how to help my arthritis pain by deleting certain foods (veggies)from my daily regimen. Amazingly, those particular foods are what I was eating all the time because they are good choices-just not for someone with arthritis! I lost a total of 49 pounds in about 5 months, but the more important thing is to know how to manage and sustain that weight management. I am on the maintenance phase right now and I am doing great! I have lost weight in large amounts before, but I haven’t been able to keep the weight off. I am sure I will be able to keep this weight off now. The office staff at Nuview Nutrition was always willing and able to accommodate my questions and never made me feel like I was a pest. I feel so much better! Thank you!!
