Cindy, I feel so much better! It is truly amazing how much better you can feel with a few dietary changes. You helped me identify the foods that were making me sick, learn how to shop for the foods that I needed to add to my diet and now I can get out of bed in the morning and keep up with my 3 young children because I have so much more energy, my stomach pain is gone, I am not retaining fluid and I have finally been able to lose weight.
