Having my daughter was what really led me to want to take better care of myself. Since you can’t pour from an empty cup, I needed to get better so I could take better care of her. Before I started my program at Forum Health Clarkston, I’d been on GERD medication for almost 10 years. On top of that, after having a baby two years ago, it seemed that having a flat stomach again was out of the question. Brittany has been able to help me improve my health in so many ways:
