I just couldn’t wait until our next apt. to share my good news. I saw my Endocronologist, today and my A1C dropped from 9.3 down to 7.9. I think it is the lowest A1C I have ever had. According to my scales I have lost 9 lbs. I am following the life changing eating to a T and I am feeling great with more energy than I have had in years. I am so pleased with the results and it has only been a month. Thank you Cindy. I am so glad that Beverly knew about you and your office. I look forward to seeing you next week.
